How We Create Everything
From an idea to a finished piece – step by step
At 3DLightwork, we believe that the beauty of metal comes from precision, experience, and a passion for detail. Every fence panel, gate, or designer panel we produce is made in the Czech Republic in our workshop, where we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.

🖋️ 1. Consultation and Design
Every project starts with a shared vision.
The client shares their ideas – the style of the house, the desired motif, dimensions, and materials. Based on this, we create a design proposal, often complemented by a 3D visualization, helping you imagine how the fence will look in the space.
Our design team ensures that patterns and proportions harmonize with the architecture and surroundings.
🔥 2. Laser Cutting
Once the design is approved, precise laser production begins.
We use the TRUMPF 3030 cutting laser, which allows perfectly accurate cuts in the metal sheet. This technology guarantees clean edges, minimal thermal impact on the material, and perfect repeatability, even for the most intricate patterns.
This enables the creation of complex and detailed designs that are nearly impossible with other methods.
🧱 3. Bending, Assembly, and Preparation
After cutting, the pieces are processed as needed – bent, reinforced, welded, and assembled.
The components are then prepared for surface finishing, giving them their final appearance and long-lasting durability.
🎨 4. Surface Treatment
Several options are available:
• Galvanic zinc coating – for maximum corrosion protection.
• Komaxit (powder coating) – colored finish in shades from the RAL palette, with smooth or textured surfaces.
• Natural COR-TEN patina – an exclusive look with minimal maintenance.
🧰 5. Installation and Handover
Finished pieces are carefully packed and delivered directly to you.
Installation by our team is available upon request.

Every product undergoes a final check of dimensions, welds, and surface finish.
We ensure millimeter accuracy and aesthetic precision – so that every detail meets our standards and exceeds client expectations.
